ERROR: Could not connect to lockdownd: Pairing dialog response pending (-19) when Mobster talks to a phone this Mac hasn’t paired with yet.
Why it happens
The iPhone showed Trust This Computer? and nobody answered it, or the phone is locked so it can’t show it. Mobster never taps Trust for you.Fix
- Unlock the iPhone.
- Tap Trust on the prompt, then enter your passcode.
- If you tapped Don’t Trust, unplug the phone and plug it in again so it asks again.
- Choose Check again in Mobster for Mac, or run
mobster doctor.
Check it worked
idevice_id -l prints the phone’s UDID once this Mac sees it, and mobster doctor stops printing ! USB iPhone … connected but not trusted.
